We seek an administrative assistant to join an established business in Ebensburg.  The ideal candidate is responsible for answering, screening, and directing phone calls, typing correspondence, policies and procedures, creating documents in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, organizes meetings and orders lunch, prepares meeting materials, and has at least three (3) years of experience in an office/medical setting.
