JOB OVERVIEW:

An entry-level Transcription Proofer is primarily responsible for reviewing and correcting written content to ensure it is error-free, consistent with established style guides, and ready for mailing. The role focuses on grammar, spelling, punctuation, and basic and formatting.

  • Review content for errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, word usage and correct errors.
  • Verify proper formatting, such as correct template usage.
  • Fact-check basic information like dates, names, and claims to ensure accuracy.
  • Track changes made to documents and ensure all necessary revisions have been implemented.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional language skills: Mastery of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation is essential.
  • Attention to detail: A keen eye for even minute errors is a critical quality.
  • Technical proficiency: Comfort with word processing software.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Provides exceptional service to a diverse clientele by accurately identifying and fulfilling parts orders via phone, in-person interactions, and internal shop requests.

DUTIES:

  • Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting the required parts in a

  • Tracks inventory (stock, receiving, back orders, etc.)
  • Assists outside sales representatives
  • Billing
  • Cashiering
  • Purchase orders
  • Issues and tracks shop tools to technicians.
  • Records keeping
  • Daily shipments, delivery, or pick-up. Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift
  • Keeps current on new products and product updates.
  • Participates in all training
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Tracks staff time requests in ADP.

MUST HAVE:

SCHEDULE:

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday thru Friday

SALARY:

  • $12.00-$13.00 commensurate with experience
